Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products no refunds or exchanges can be made on worn/opened items. However under very specific and strict circumstances our team may approve a refund under the following conditions 

 

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your refund. Every case will be dealt with accordingly. 

Conditions for Return:

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unopened and in the same condition as received.

  2. Return postage is to be paid by the customer.

  3. You will be refunded for the total amount for the items. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

  2. Provide the tracking for the returned items.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed. Allow some time for the payment to show in your account for bank processing.
