Shipping policy
Shipping rates may vary according to location and country please proceed to checkout for prices and delivery times.
Our team endeavours to dispatch all orders on the same day as purchase however, due to high volume of orders, parcels may be shipped out the next day. For same day dispatch, please ensure you place your order before 4pm WST.
Estimated delivery time is always calculated using business days (Monday to Friday). During public holidays please allow 1-2 days extra for dispatch and delivery.
- Please ensure you double check your written shipping address before placing your order. If you are having trouble tracking your items please contact Australia Post for assistance.
- It is your responsibility to pick up your parcel from the designated post office within the specified timeframe if failure of delivery occurs. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us.
- if you wish to have your parcel sent back to you again, an additional shipping fee must be paid by you first.
Liability:
Xina Collection is not responsible for parcels that are not picked up by customers from the post office within the specified timeframe. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the non-pick-up of parcels.

For tracking information and updates please contact the shipping company that has contacted you via email with tracking numbers and any other updates in regard to your parcel.
